Trained at A THREAT Studios in Los Angeles with Samantha Long — renowned choreographer known for empowering performers through high-level movement, confidence, and expression.

Completed a 14-minute ice bath using Navy SEAL breathing techniques while homeless and sleeping out of a car. Because protocols don't pause for circumstances.
