Refund Policy.Commitment Goes Both Ways.

When you book time with me, that time is reserved for you alone. Read this before you pay.

Discovery Call ($500)

The discovery call fee is non-refundable once the call has taken place. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and do not reschedule, your fee will be refunded. Missed calls without 24 hours' notice are forfeited.

If I decide we are not a fit before the call takes place, your $500 will be refunded in full.

Coaching Program ($8,000)

All program fees are non-refundable once the program has begun. This applies whether you paid in full or on an installment plan; installment plans remain due in full. No partial refunds are given for missed sessions, unused sessions, or early withdrawal.

If I End the Relationship

If I end our work for reasons unrelated to your conduct or non-participation, you will receive a prorated refund for any sessions paid for and not yet delivered.

Book

Book orders are handled by Lulu and follow Lulu's return and refund policy.

Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree to contact me directly to resolve any billing concern before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer.
